Officious??? Official!!! Van Rompuy will be the first EU President

It is now official: Van Rompuy as President and Ashton as High Representative.
Some say the decisions came really fast because leaders were getting
hungry... The heads are now enjoying their meal and the delegates are
working on the official statements.

I wish that as President, that person will work for the common good of all parties involve. That leader must think of something of a win-win situation in every decision that leader makes.
